The district is the basic structural element of the BSA structure. By carving the council Service Area into districts, we can easily manage, train and serve the packs, troops and crews in each of the local service areas. The district will provide, on their own, resources and people who will make the Scouting experience for you and your Scout a great and enriching experience.

The French Creek Council is made up of two districts, Lakes and Rivers.

The Lakes District serves Scouts and Scouters in and around the areas of:

Cambridge Springs
Saegertown
Titusville
Conneaut Lake
